Come on, we haven’t got time to hang about!

 

Hang up

to end a phone conversation

Please hang up the phone.

 

Hang back

to be reluctant to carry on

There’s no need to hang back we can sing as well as anyone.

 

Hang on to

to continue something making  an effort to do this

I’ll hang on to the  documents for a bit longer.
