Using Some, Definition and Example Sentences

Some is used to mean ‘a little’ and ‘a few’. Also, some can be used with both countable and uncountable nouns. When used with countable nouns, it means a few, when used with uncountable nouns, it means a little.

Example Sentences;

  • I asked her to lend me some money.
  • I have got some money in my purse.
  • He will bring some friends to the party next week.
